ThinkingCap 128K promotion evidence

This separate dated deployment packet records the user-authorized promotion through llm.secondary. The earlier 32K and 128K qualification measurements, decisions and recipes remain unchanged. Their public bundles were privacy-resealed before merge after container-ID redaction; the 32K and 128K ledgers record those transforms, and original seals are archived privately. This packet's native promotion evidence is unchanged; its manifest was regenerated for this publication clarification.

  • summary.json: bounded current decision and convergence status.
  • install-capacity-*.json: historical 4,096-output installation, before the budget correction.
  • install-output-*.json: reviewed 10,240-output correction.
  • install-reasoning-*.json: final installation declaring supported reasoning efforts.
  • router-*-reasoning-final.json: final authenticated metadata and identity. Earlier after snapshots remain historical.
  • routed-preflight-c1.json and routed-reasoning.json: native routed gates.
  • routed-preflight.json: retained accidental C20 pressure failure.
  • independent-promotion-review.json: independent review of router change and qualified identity.
  • routed-final-preflight.json, direct-final-vision-diagnostic.json, and routed-final-vision-r2.json: final-budget text/tool success, retained intermittent image/OCR failures, direct diagnosis, and successful routed retry.
  • output-budget-audit.json and output-cap-correction-review.json: why output increased from 4,096 to 10,240.
  • pi-user-rejection*: real client rejection caused by unsupported reasoning effort, with metadata-only trace and bounded engine error.
  • convergence-summary.json: installed client catalogs and separate real-client test results.
  • prometheus-native-queries.private.json, grafana-inference-panels.private.json: sanitized native telemetry and saved Grafana dashboard projection. The original private filename suffix is retained; contents are sanitized.
  • openwebui-provider-catalog-check.json: authenticated provider discovery from inside Open WebUI; no browser chat claim.

Private machine names and paths are replaced with synthetic identifiers. Source hashes identify private exact bytes; sanitized files have their own manifest hashes. No credential values are retained.
