Retained Flare recipes

These are sanitized reconstruction records, not directly executable operator configuration. Use the private recipe registry for a future authorized trial.

The finalist is recipe-cap16-p2048-fixed2-host32.toml: TP2/C4, capacity16, balanced scheduling, fixed two draft tokens from the MTP3-prepared package, prefill2048, host prefix cache32GiB and no disk tier. Max is the checkpoint default; High is an explicit per-request policy, not a different engine. Retain prefill4096 and adaptive controls as alternatives.

The p2048 package index SHA256 is0fdced23da87f99c3669dc05ab87ecd7f17a6572773c6b61021d077f68a09ed9; that index does not cover external weight blobs. GPU order, prepared package namespace, image and source must match. Private signing-key storage must remain separate and protected.

Use Anvil managed recipe load/status/logs/unload for a future trial and the retained exact incumbent restoration transaction afterward. Do not use raw container lifecycle commands. Full quality, capabilities, client acceptance and a human promotion decision remain required before conversion.
