A49GiB/no-swap Ignis candidate reached startup readiness, but a shared Anvil Serving identity parser ignored its model-ID flag and monitoring correctly refused registration. All48 campaign jobs remained unexecuted. This is an instrumentation failure, not candidate performance or engine-failure evidence.

The candidate was removed and the exact incumbent service restored after correcting a separate GPU-selection launch omission. Typed routed preflight passed. Strict Pi acceptance still failed on extra prose and duplicated output despite actual tool use and terminal completion. No ranking or promotion.
