The coordinator ended at its frozen traffic deadline. Of96 planned cells,48 incumbent cells were submitted:42 completed with32 passing and10 failing grades,2 exhausted maximum model calls with unknown grades,2 cancelled and2 remain cancelling. All48 candidate cells are unrun. Native unfinished50 includes those48 planned cells and2 cancelling cells.

• Exact96-row native report, summary, terminal command outcome.
• Projector refusal: the reviewed R3 snapshot exited1 at its native-state gate; no full native graph export or validation occurred. Native states were not changed to make the exporter accept them.
• Cancellation diagnosis preserves stopping_unverified, blocked closure and unknown drain. Later physical recovery is separate context, not repaired custody or measurement.
• First-repeat audit covers24 cells only. Prospective eligibility retains42 exact keys and6 excluded rows; candidate results are absent and graded failures remain eligible. No comparison result exists.
• Restoration boundary, friction, publication summary, source registry, projection ledger, artifact manifest.

Private originals are authoritative. Embedded original hashes bind private bytes; the ledger/final manifest bind sanitized derivatives. This compact packet does not include complete prepared plans, raw child payloads or all telemetry. It was assembled after coordinator termination.
