Failures and dispositions

  • Open engine failure: 64 ordinary generated IDs followed by 448 token-zero exclamation marks, no reasoning close, no visible answer, output cap reached. Stopped after one request. Next step is active-kernel attribution and a separately managed test of the pinned upstream sampling fix; no engine patch or new inference in this task.
  • Closed inspector issue: initial historical registry disagreed with active recipe digest; managed inspection refused. Resolved recorded owner registry without an override.
  • Closed inspector issue: dependency import logging contaminated stdout JSON; fixed inspector redirects diagnostics to stderr. Focused offline coverage and repeated successful bounded inspection retained.
  • Closed usage projection issue: legitimate created_cache_tokens and null multimodal_tokens were classified unexpected. Fixed offline with bounded nullable validation, regression tests and a separate replay of the same response. Original live result remains immutable.
  • Publication timing limitation: common public artifact set assembled after the request. The private predeclared plan, boundary controls, source freeze, parity checks and execution gate existed before dispatch; no claim that this public manifest was frozen before execution.
  • Not measured: active kernel trace, patched-engine comparison, representative coding score, TTFT, sustained throughput and Ignis. The original three unobserved Aider responses remain historically unknown.
