MiMo and uncensored GLM qualification artifacts

This finalized packet contains sanitized, public-safe raw evidence for the 2026-10-06 MiMo V2.6 Flash and uncensored GLM qualification campaign, its incumbent control, restoration, and bounded cache cleanup. It preserves native schemas and failed states where applicable. Neither candidate qualified or was promoted.

The incumbent r11 restoration is verified: direct preflight passed 25/25, routed preflight passed 7/7, configuration hashes were unchanged, and the router tier was readmitted. The packet deliberately does not turn that smoke into a context, capacity, multimodal, endurance, or performance claim.

Any nested source or inner digest retained inside an artifact is original provenance supplied by the native artifact; it is not an attestation of the public file bytes.
